Development Facilitators (Pvt) Limited (DF) - is a company dedicated for improving microfinance and enterprise development sectors in Sri Lanka and the region. DF provides hands on consulting  and training services for organizations, projects and individuals. DF also undertakes assignments related to policy and other areas contributing to macro environment of these two sectors. DF has a core staff and experienced pool of consultants and trainers over 50 in number employed on assignment basis.

DF is a technical assistance porvider for number of international organizations working for microfinance and small enterprise sectors such as CGAP, Women's World Banking, World Education Australia, Berendina Stichting, APT Enterprise Development UK, CARE International, PLAN International and GTZ.
